The cases must be returned within 30 days from delivery of the order. The cases returned mustn’t been altered in any way. The cases returned must carry all original tags and must be in the original box. It is mandatory to complete the return process as described below.
How to ask for a change
- Print and fill the following Return Form with your order number and the details of the items you want to return.
- Place the items to be returned along with the Return Form in a box or envelope and write our address on the outside of the package.
- Send it to us by post or courier to:

Tirita reserves the right to refuse returns submitted after the deadline, or cases that are not in the same condition in which they were sent to the client.
We recommend that you send it by certified mail or by courier with acknowledgment. Tirita will not be held responsible for returns that do not arrive at their warehouse.
Costs of returning the package
The cost of returning the package to our store, be made through the carrier or post office, shall be borne by the customer. The new product shipping will be made by Tirita.
Returned items will be inspected. Once satisfied that they are in perfect condition and with the internal labels, we shall pay the appropriate amount in the same manner as payment was made: if it was by credit card the same card used for payment and if it was a transfer to the same account used. Please note that your bank may take up to seven days to process the payment.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are made in the same manner as the original payment was made. Tirita will not refund the money until it has verified the receipt and status of the case in our warehouse. Once verified the correct state of the returned product, we will proceed to a full refund of the corresponding amount within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Amount of Refund
The administrative costs of reimbursement are entirely made by Tirita. By contrast the shipping of the product, either through a courier or post, are charged to the customer.
The on line store operates in the European Union. Therefore, all transactions, including those in foreign currency are exchanged to the Euro after payment by the customer. For payments made with a currency other than Euro, tirita.com returns the amount in Euros and the conversion to the foreign currency is calculated using the current exchange rate in which the refund is made. Therefore, there is a risk of the exchange rate might be different between the amount paid and actually received in refund by the customer.
The refund will be issued as soon as our warehouse receives and checks the return. Please note that for orders paid by credit or debit card refunds may take up to 4 weeks to be visible in your bank account. This time is totally beyond our control and depends entirely on the payment gateway and the bank that issued your card.
